Curfew hours commence at 8:00 pm on 29 January 2021, until 5:00 am daily thereafter, or until Friday, February 19, when it may return to a later hour each night.
All bars are closed commencing Friday night, January 29, 2021, at 8:00 pm, until Friday, February 19, when they may be allowed to re-open.
Restaurants may serve take-out only commencing Friday night, up until 8:00 pm, on January 29, 2021, and close each night thereafter at 8:00 pm, until February 19, 2021. Full information here.

Bird International Airport is open for international and regional air traffic. 23rd April, 2020 -To further control of the spread of the dangerous infectious disease COVID-19, the Government of Antigua and Barbuda has extended the 24 hr curfew from 12:01a.m. on Thursday 23rd April 2020 until 12:00 midnight on Thursday 14th May, 2020. 15th Aprll, 2020 – Extended 24 hr curfew with some additional businesses being allowed to open and an option to exercise within the 7am – 12 pm window. Please note because more businesses will be open this is not an invitation to spend more time away from your property (boat or home). Social distancing is still critical along with good hygiene. 8th April, 2020 – The government is extending the 24-hour curfew for at least another week as it continues measures to curtail the spread of COVID-19. The Public Health Act (Dangerous Infectious Disease) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020 indicate the extension will last from 6am on Thursday, April 9 to 6am on Thursday, April 16. 6th April, 2020 – NODs advisory on proper use of mask -The National Office of Disaster Services (NODS) is strongly recommending the proper use of masks in the fight against the spread of the Coronavirus. Information available here.
6th April, 2020 – The government of Antigua and Barbuda has strongly recommended that all persons wear masks or cover their noses when venturing outdoors. Information available here.
2nd April, 2020 – Information from the Coast Guard of Antigua & Barbuda Lt Cdr Skerritt. Vessels are allowed to change their anchorage or berths during the curfew on a case by case basis.
Each vessel that has to move will be required to provide the Coast Guards with the following information:
• Present Location
• Next Berth or Anchorage
• Transit Route
• Time expected to get underway & ETA at destination
The vessels will only be allowed to move upon receiving the Coast Guard’s authorization. A request can be made through the VHF by hailing the Coast Guard on Ch 16, or telephone numbers (268) 462-3206/2841/2843 and (268) 462-067. Get the pdf version here.

29th March, 2020 at 7.51 pm – Maritime advisory – no entry to yachts in Antigua and Barbuda for a period of 14 days and cruising permits only legal for Antigua.
