To take advantage of the plan, companies have to be members of the ABMA and submit the form below to register their interest. We need to get 500 people across organisations in order to make the plan viable for all. Please pass on to your peers.

Details of the doctors, specialists, dentists and opticians in the network can be found here. You are able to utilise doctors outside the network but will need to pay the full fee and make a claim afterwards.
The company signs up and then pays the premium on behalf of its employees and deducts it from the individuals pay check at the end of each month.
As an insurance policy holder you are given a card which identifies you as being part of the network.
With regards to rates there are three options:
Employee Only – $140.25
Employee & One – $260.45
Family – $335.45
